2010-06-21 • PHOTOSS 5.0 released

Besides numerous improvements and the usual bunch of bugfixes, the new major version includes:

New: Extensive scripting capabilities with the new built-in PScript language
New: GPU accelerated fiber simulation (requires a supported NVIDIA® graphics adapter)
New: Poincaré visualizer in the polarimeter component
Enhanced algorithm for Raman amplification
Support for the 64-bit edition of Microsoft® Windows® 7
Support for MATLAB® 7.10 (R2010a)

Customers with a valid update subscription will automatically receive the new version within a few days. All other customers are invited to contact us for an according upgrade.
